A Town For Bald Women, Chapter 10
"Well, hi." Sophia said back.
"Oh, I haven't introduced myself, sorry." said the woman coming from the barn. She was bald herself and wore a long robe. "I am the guardian of this village. Come inside, let us talk."
Sophia followed her. "Don't be shy, girls." She said to Phoebe and Sasha, who followed her. It was not quite a barn inside but a nice home, comparable to a house in the town, though a little nicer. It did not smell like a barn, rather like perfume and a nice flower. They noticed many comforts and thought it might be a nice place to live.
The guardian dropped her robe and directed them to a couch and chairs.
"You are Sophia?" She nodded. "Phoebe and Sasha- the brides to be. Lovely- I officiated at a few
bald lesbian weddings in the olden days."
They were of course interested to hear this.
"How do you know about us?" Sophia asked rather bluntly, yet not forcefully.
"I have vision beyond my own, you see. I have had it since I was able to understand it. I can also hear things beyond my ears. I heard, for instance, that you, Sophia, were coming with your friends, so I made a mental suggestion to the regular citizens of the town."
"Oh?"
"Yes. They're in the next town over, which they seem to like."
"That's good. You were interested in seeing another bald woman?" Sasha asked.
"Yes, I was. Many years ago, I was another girl from Holland coming to these lands. I was able to meet with all the other bald women who then to Dutch New York. This town existed then, but it had no one living there. We moved here, and I have lived here ever since. The town's residents don't know me but I am usually happy to help them." she explained.
Phoebe wondered about this. All she had said would be a lot to take on. The woman did not look several hundred years old, just as old as Violet, actually. Of course, several odd things had happened since they got there. She didn't quite understand everything, but she asked "So this town has always been a haven for bald women?"
"In a sense, yes. This is the first time since the original years I've had so many bald women here."
"And Blythe? Did you make her bald?" Phoebe asked.
"I did. I'm glad she enjoys it. They all do eventually."
"Well, do you want to meet everyone else?" Sophia asked.
"Perhaps I might. I am uncertain." She leaned back and closed her eyes. "There is someone coming now. I may not be able to stop him." She opened her eyes.
"A man? Who?"
"There are several men. One man is searching for Blythe. He appears to be the leader."
Phoebe and Sasha looked at each other. They didn't say anything, but they knew full well Blythe was in trouble. The two ran out, Sophia and the guardian looking back.
Violet, her daughters, and Camille, meanwhile were walking back to the house. Violet's oldest noticed Camille was walking rather slowly. Looking at her, she seemed to be in pain.
"Are you alright, Camille?" she asked.
She just moaned a bit, her vagina getting wet. Camille bent over, putting her hand on the ground. Violet looked back. She knew what was going on.
"Girls, get Camille to the house. Quickly, now."
